Fir honey is collected by bees in the fertile fir forests of Parnassos, above the settlement of historic Gravia, at an altitude of over 800 meters.

It is low in sugars and therefore does not crystallize, its taste is sweet, slightly spicy, and has a particularly thick texture. It has great nutritional value, since it is a honey rich in trace elements.
